One of the tools we use to communicate information about chapter activities is our seasonal newsletter, The Enchanted Pediatrician. This quarterly electronic publication highlights chapter projects, as well as shares information about practice issues and community initiatives that we believe may be newsworthy to members.
If you are working on a program or project that would benefit from chapter input or implementation, please feel free to promote your activity by submitting an article. Articles should be brief and usually not exceed 500 words in length. In addition, please identify a contact person at the conclusion of the article in case readers have questions. If you would like to submit an article for consideration, please note the deadlines of January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15th for each seasonal publication.
As a reminder, The Enchanted Pediatrician accepts photographs, graphics and logos with article submissions. If you have a photo, graphic or logo that you would like to accompany your article, please send it in GIF or JPEG format as an e-mail attachment. If you submit a photo, please identify any individuals appearing in the photo, along with their titles, and indicate a photo credit. We can also include hotlinks to any website or document on the web, as well as sound files or movie clips (e.g., YouTube files).
