Wylder Lecture Series
The WYLDER LECTURE SERIES is the leading pediatric Continuing Medical Education conference for physicians and allied health care professionals in the southwest. Each year, the conference presents a high-quality evidence-based scientific program featuring national and regional experts recognized for their academic and clinical achievements. Participants have opportunities to interact and discuss current and future issues related to pediatrics in New Mexico, from practice to advocacy. The Wylder Lecture Series is hosted each year in June by the Education Committee.

Pediatric Overweight Quality Improvement Initiative (POW QII)
Chapter members learn how to embrace a comprehensive pediatric overweight treatment program and earn MOC credit by participating in Envision New Mexico's
POW QII. Developed with support of the NMPS, POW QII provides clinical tools and technical assistance to support an office-based approach to the challenging issue of overweight pediatric patients.

Developmental Screening Initiative (DSI)
Through a partnership with Envision New Mexico and the Center for Development and Disability, DSI recruits physicians interesting in earning MOC credit while participating in a practice-based quality improvement project to help with early detection and management of developmental health issues.
